Hey. Buddy. Want a Free Bridge?

It's 2,400 feet long, 20 feet wide and 73 feet tall at its highest point. Oh, and you have to maintain it 'in perpetuity' at a new location approved by the Illinois Department of Transportation.

The half-mile-long steel truss bridge was built in 1932 and spans the Mississippi River between Sabula and Savanna, Ill. The offer is open to "any qualifying governmental or nonprofit agency" - so jump right on it.
