The governor's spokeswoman, Nicole Corcoran, said both parents "are very proud of their son John's creativity and talent." Update: TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - Democratic leaders are giving Governor Kathleen Sebelius a plum speaking role. They picked her to give the Democrats' response to President Bush's last State of the Union address.
