Surber has news about a South Dakota town that wants an oil refinery, which would be the first built in the USA in 30 years. The 10 billion dollar, ultra-low sulfur, 'green' refinery, if built, would provide 1,800 jobs.
Of course, the obtuse, short shorted, dipstick enviro-weenies threaten lawsuits to stop the project.
