40,000 Minnesota State Workers Get Layoff Notices

Minnesota is struggling with a five billion dollar deficit this year.

From Labor Union Report dot Com:
"Minnesota’s Democrat Governor Mark Dayton wants to balance budget by raising taxes instead of cutting the size of state government to fit its revenues. The Republican legislature disagrees with that strategy. As a result, Minnesota’s state government will shut down on July 1st." (VIDEO)
Typical democrat strategy during a recession: Burden tax payers and further strangle the local economy, but preserve union jobs and gub'mint bloat.
