WaPo Fact Checks Pres. Obama's Campaign Film “The Road We’ve Traveled.”

A Misleading Account of Obama’s Mother and Her Insurance Dispute.

President Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, died in 1995 of uterine and ovarian cancer at age 53. That's a terrible loss to have your mother die so young. I know. My own mother died when I was but a teen, so I empathize with the president. I don't want to reopen a wound, but it's Obama who persistently interjects his family members into his political narratives to further his policies which impact millions of U.S. citizens.

So, when Pres. Obama once again utilizes this tale of woe about his mother's futile war with a calloused insurance company that refused to cover her treatment for 'pre-existing' ovarian cancer, it's fair game.

The WaPo's fact check concludes that this campaign film is "an excellent example of how such films can create a misleading impression, while skirting as close as possible to the edge of falsehood."

I simply call it propaganda.

Did i mention that Tom Hanks Narrates this Obama Campaign ‘Documentary’?

Updated update: Did I also mention that Tom Hanks participated in a "blackface ‘Stepin Fetchit’ routine" during a 2004 fundraiser at his kid's Catholic school? (insert 'what if any well known conservative had behaved this badly?' here)

These Libs. So open minded. So tolerant. So hypocritical.
