Victoria’s Secret owner, L Brands, Taps Law Firm to Review Company’s Relationship with Jeffrey Epstein

"Taps." Seriously?

From Lauren Hirsch at CNBC:
"Epstein was arrested earlier this month on an indictment filed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, which charged him with trafficking dozens of underage girls. The financier had prior close ties with L Brands founder and Chairman Les Wexner, which included a $46 million donation to Wexner’s nonprofit foundation and living in a New York townhouse once owned by Wexner.

L Brands has said it cut ties with Epstein nearly 12 years ago and called his alleged crimes “abhorrent.”
Uh, ok. Sooo... what does that have to do with over-priced lingerie marketed to grown women? Epstein's alleged predilection is for young girls (along with his buddy, Bill Clinton).

But I guess people get a bit jumpy when the Feds announce they're investigating other “uncharged individuals” in Epstein case.
