"GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Gilchrist County sheriff’s deputies say a man held his wife’s lover at gunpoint and cut off the man’s penis before fleeing with the appendage.Prisoner alert. He's a trophy hunter.
Alex Bonilla, 49, entered the neighbor’s home in Bell at about 11 a.m. Sunday, armed with a black handgun, according to an arrest report from the Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office.
Two others, including a 4-year-old girl, were inside the home at the time, and Bonilla threatened to kill the man if he resisted, the report said. He took the man into his bedroom, tied him up and forcefully cut off his penis with a pair of scissors, the report said. Bonilla then fled the residence while holding the severed penis.
Bonilla had caught the man and his wife having sex at Bonilla’s house in May, the report said.
Deputies arrested Bonilla on Sunday evening at his workplace, near Branford. He is charged with armed burglary, aggravated battery, false imprisonment of an adult, aggravated assault, child abuse, and displaying a firearm while committing a felony."
