Minuteman Group Brings Conference To KC.
At its first-ever regional conference this weekend, the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps says it will educate the public about its mission: fighting illegal immigration with legal protest activities.Frances Semler will speak at the conference, and that has the pro-illegal bigots in frenzy.
The group plans a conference kickoff at 7 p.m. Friday at the Uptown Theater in midtown Kansas City. On the agenda are a speech by Minuteman founder Chris Simcox, a question-and-answer session with Simcox and other national Minuteman leaders, and a showing of the movie “Border,” a documentary showing the effect of illegal immigration on the U.S. border with Mexico.
The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps caused a stir four months ago when it announced it would bring the conference to Kansas City, where several minority groups were upset about the mayor's appointment of a Minuteman member to the city's parks board.The pro-illegals anarchists & Hispanic race pimps have planned protests of the Minutemen complete with pretty posters and everything (click to enlarge).Frances Semler resigned from the parks board last week over her Minuteman involvement, but opposition to the group remains high as Minuteman members gear up for their conference.
