The USPS is a quasi-gub'mint entity attempting to operate as a private business. A heavily unionized private business. A heavily unionized private business exempt from federal income taxes; a heavily unionized private business exempt from federal income taxes and which can borrow money at discounted rates, and wield the gub'mint power of eminent domain for its own purpose.
