That is the urgent question in the broke Grand Rapids, Michigan School District this year. The broke school district is attempting to restructure & cut costs in order to open its doors this year and provide educational services to those who need them - school children.
The NEA is opposing these measures in order to maintain their thug grip of control. Students (and parents) be damned.
