My fellow Missourians cannot make the 'right' decision till Moi makes this pronouncement from on high, so here goes:
U.S. President And Vice President- John McCain, Sarah Palin(R) (Search this blog for all the reasons why.)
Governor- Kenny Hulshof (R) He's pro-life; a proven tax cutter; champions a Missouri based oil refinery & energy exploration; and tough on illegal immigration. I bet with a little ear bending, he would champion school vouchers, too.
Lieutenant Governor- Peter Kinder(R) He's the incumbent who's done a great job, and worth re-electing. Not impressed with his 'absent' opponent, at all.
Secretary Of State- Robin Carnahan(D) Yes, a dem. She's the incumbent and does an excellent job making sure eveyone's 'T's are crossed and 'I's are dotted. SoS is an admin. position that should be void of politics, unless you're that idiot Obama stooge in Ohio on her knees for acorn's corruption.
State Treasurer - Rodney D. Farthing(CST) It's a wide open race, and I like this Constitution Party. The Republican is OK, too. Both have real world non-government business experience. The Dem is not even a consideration because he's a career politician with zero private business experience.
Attorney General- Gibbons, Mike(R) He has an impressive list of credentials and endorsements. His opponent is a party jumper & gives me the willies.
U.S. Representative - District 5- Jacob Turk(R) GO TURK!! (no more Emanuel Cleaver, please) Besides, us redheads have to stick together.
State Representative - District 47- Jeff Grisamore(R) He's done a heckuva job for many years, and I want more.
Now, about them judges. This is so frustrating because I cannot find any central clearing house for information on judges. How can I vote for or against if I have no idea about who these robed runners are?
Does anyone have a link to a source for information about judges??
Those are your marching orders, my fellow Missourians. Get out there and vote!
