The suit seeks
"an unspecified amount of money including for emotional and punitive damages. It also asks the court to grant an injunction to stop Hooters from "discriminating against male applicants for the waiters position."
HOOTERS of America has been down this road before when it settled a 1997 sexual discrimination lawsuit filed by a group of men for $3.75 million.
Gee. I think I'll sue Victoria's Secret to make men's underwear, and end their 'discrimination.'
