The Springfield unit of the National Socialist Movement (Nazis) has committed to cleaning up trash along the section of U.S. 160 near the city limits in west Springfield."
It's a free speech thang. A 2005 SCOTUS ruling declared that political beliefs are not grounds for any state to exclude an organization from the Adopt-A-Highway program.
The Ku Klux Klan has every right to put themselves into a trash bag, just like the neo-nazis. It's a great country.
