UNC-Wilmington is a university suffering from a terrible budget crunch. The current chancellor is resigning, so Prof. Mike Adams wants be named the new chancellor.
Prof. Adams outlines ten points for cutting the UNC budget, but these sound too much like common sense, so I'm pretty certain the pointy head academics who inhabit UNC's liberal ivory towers will reject them out right.
It's a fun read, none the less.
