'Late winter, Early Spring' was written & performed by John Denver, Mike Taylor, Dick Kniss, and sub-titled 'When everybody goes to Mexico.' It's the fourth movement of the 5 part 'Season Suite' from John Denver's 1972 album 'Rocky Mountain High.' It's rumored to be the only instrumental ever recorded by John, and I think it one of the most beautiful guitar duets ever recorded.
