'Collusion' isn't a crime, but that isn't what any of these investigations are about, or Hillary Clinton would be in jail by now. These investigations are collective research for impeachment preceedings against Trump the nearer we approach election day.

House Republicans announced last year they had found no evidence of collusion. However, if there were evidence of Russia / Trump collusion, special prosecutor Bob Mueller would have leaked it all by now to willing accomplices in the media.
Wait until Spring 2020. That's when the grand inquisitor Bob Mueller will start dropping more shoes from those guilty of orbiting Trump world. There still won't be evidence of Russia / Trump collusion, but it will be enough chum in the water to sell lots of click bait info-tainment in order to whip up the #resistance calls for impeachment.
