Justices Seem Ready to Ok Asking Citizenship on Census

The last time the question was included on the census form sent to every American household was 1950.
"The administration argues that the commerce secretary has wide discretion in designing the census questionnaire and that courts should not be second-guessing his action. States, cities and rights groups that sued over the issue don’t even have the right to go into federal court, the administration says."

The usual suspects on the court appear to object to a census citizenship question.

Personally, I think the only legitimate census questions are how many citizens live here; how many are adults; and how many are children? Period. Any other attempts to gather social data by the government deprives a free market entity of opportunity to research and market such analysis.

Is the Government Required to Count the Number of Citizens in Each State?
"If this argument is correct, then the government would not only be justified in counting the number of citizens in a given state; Section 2 would require the government to have this information available, in the event that a state deprived males (and females) of the right to vote. This is an obligation: the representation "shall be reduced." And Congress would not be able to enforce Section 2 without an additional enumeration based on citizenship. An estimate would not suffice."

Once again, our Constitution is our guideline. If you disagree, stop running to a judge, and change it.

Massachusetts Judge and Court Officer Indicted for Allegedly Helping Illegal Immigrant Evade ICE Officials
"Thursday, Massachusetts District Court Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph and now retired Court Officer Wesley MacGregor were indicted on one count of obstruction of justice in relation to allegations from 2018 in which the pair is accused of helping an illegal immigrant sneak out the back of the courthouse to avoid arrest by ICE officials who’d arrived to arrest the individual. MacGregor was also charged with perjury."

The illegal immigrant was in court for drug possession and drunk driving. But the personal nullification of federal law was more important to this judge??
