Odd, but the Washington Times article depicts the decapitated head with black hair, yet the Hollywood Reporter version shows the decapitated head with donald-esque blond hair. Either way, Kaiser's Maxim is in force: "The Left will always, eventually, resort to violence, threats of violence, or glorification of violence to advance their agenda. Always."
From Chris Gardner at THR: "It's called When Women Rule the World and the poster image, circulating at the Cannes Market and in trade publications including The Hollywood Reporter, features a bikini-clad woman - a Michelle Obama-type character called Angella Ayatollah , played by actress Ilhan Omar(no relation) holding two decapitated heads. One is bloodied up to look like Obama in a Hope & Change hat and a short-pile, gray tinged wig. The other, a gray-skinned, bug-eyed zombie.
Just kidding. The movie is about an alternate universe but not an impossible universe. The Hollywood only directs its violence towards the Right. It's a Trumpian hate-fest from the get-go.
Gardner at THR continues: "Like (Kathy) Griffin (holding effigy of Donald Trump's severed head in 2017), Silverstein shares a disdain for the current commander in chief. “He’s a moron and doesn’t care about the environment. It’s all about money to him,” he tells THR. “It’s a shame he got elected and [this movie] is a put-down on all of that.”"
Silverstein describes the process of finding partners for his film painful. He seemed confident that his film would be picked up for distribution.
