Supreme Court Allows Trump Administration to Use Pentagon Funds for Border Wall

"Allows." Et Tu, Epoch Times? Through the centuries, the POTUS has always had wide latitude to shuffle congressionally allocated funds within the Executive Branch - until the modern TDS era. Now, any clown with bar certification thinks he can dictate foreign and domestic policy with a court brief. The court doesn't 'allow' any more than your neighbor 'allows' you to live next door.

A legal challenge was brought by the ACLU and the Sierra Club, et al., against the discretion Trump had in using Pentagon funds to secure the U.S. southern border.  A more accurate Constitutional assessment is "Trump Administration Victorious Against Challenge to Use Defense Funds for Border Wall Construction."

Ironically, in his ruling against Trump, Judge Haywood S. Gilliam Jr. of the U.S. District Court in Oakland, made the case for the SCOTUS to strike down his ruling:
“The case is not about whether the challenged border barrier construction plan is wise or unwise. It is not about whether the plan is the right or wrong policy response to existing conditions at the southern border of the United States,” Gilliam wrote. “Instead, this case presents strict legal questions regarding whether the proposed plan for funding border barrier construction exceeds the executive branch’s lawful authority.”
SCOTUS ruled it doesn't. Plus, MYOB - because the challengers have 'no standing.'

Tell me again why Orange Man Bad?
