Twitter says Trump's 'go back' tweet doesn't violate its rules

For once, Twitter is on the right side of history.

Two weeks ago, Twitter declared Trump's account a public forum that must allow all comers, regardless. Ok, fine. Over the weekend, Trump publicly called out some very nasty democrat politicians for who they truly are, and offered good advice. That's not 'hate.' That's good politics.

"Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done," he wrote.

From Harper Neidig at The Hill:
"A Twitter spokesperson told The Hill in an email that the tweets did not violate the company's content policies against hate speech, meaning that Twitter doesn't plan to label the posts under a new policy launched last month.

In a series of tweets apparently aimed at Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) — only one of whom immigrated to the U.S. — Trump lashed out at the lawmakers for their criticisms of his administration."

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi(D) hardest hit. A spokeswoman for Twitter declined to explain the company's rationale.
