Seven victims were killed in Saturday’s drive-by mass shootings, plus the gunman. He was fired from his job as a trucker hours before he began his 10 mile long rampage when the gunman shot a state trooper during a traffic stop near Midland, Texas. The gunman was eventually shot and killed by law enforcement at Cinergy theater in Odessa, TX.
It's not known if the semi-auto 'AR' style rifle used by the gunman was legally purchased. Yet, that didn't stop the usual suspects of Leftist politicians from demagoguing the victims and their grieving families as props for more gun control.
On Sunday, the FBI executed a search warrant at the West Texas property where the gunman is believed to have lived. It appears to be little more than an industrial storage building with security cameras 'all over the yard.'
According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, State Rep. Tom Craddick(R-82 district) told the Reporter-Telegram the gunman had previously failed a background check.

"However, sources close to the investigation told CBS News that they don’t believe his firing was the motivation behind the shooting, and that nothing worth noting was found while executing a search warrant in a metal shack connected to Ator."In other words, "There is no “manifesto,” no “white supremacy,” no terrorist connection, just a Texas truck driver who got fired from his job."
Yet 'sources' say that has nothing to do with anything. But any 'white man rants' on social media would prove everything.

"Among the victims killed was an Odessa High School student, 15-year-old Leilah Hernandez, Mary Granados, a 29-year-old postal worker, Joseph Griffith, a 40-year-old former math teacher and father of two, and Edwin Peregrino, a beloved uncle who was 25.
The death toll increased to 8 the morning following the West Texas shooting, with 5 killed in Odessa and three killed in Midland, according to CBS 7.Do you know what's playing at the Cinergy theater in Odessa, TX. where law enforcement killed the gunman? Bloody shoot-em-up action movies, like 'Ready or Not,' and 'Angel Has Fallen.' These will net Hollywood millions in revenue, while some actors and actresses who cash in from these types of violent productions burp up talking points from gun grabbing Leftists who demonize the 2nd Amendment, the NRA, and of course, us deplorables.
The injured included a 17-month-old girl, Anderson Davis, who was flown to a local hospital, according to KCBD. At least three members of law enforcement were also shot, including a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper, a Midland Police Department officer and an Odessa Police Department officer, police said."
