Das Wiki has an extensive list of all representatives expelled or censured during the previous 230 years. The most recent expulsion was in 2006. Or rather an almost-expulsion. When threatened with expulsion, Rep. Bob Ney(R-OH) resigned rather than face a vote to expel.
