Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act (CDA) grants 'neutral platform' status to Big Social Media, yet they operate with near-impunity as publishers who exercise editorial authority to ban, shadow-ban, sandbox, or otherwise censor to impose their viewpoint discrimination. They mock the law. It's time to remove those protection and allow lawsuits.
