Feb. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Research In Motion Ltd.'s BlackBerry service was disrupted in North America, affecting all carriers in the region, according to AT&T Inc. The problem is affecting all carriers and isn't with AT&T's wireless network. Last year, a malfunction in newly installed software led to disruptions in the BlackBerry service, shutting off Internet access across North America.The WJS is reporting that the outage affected about 50% of North American customers across wireless carriers. RIM's stock fell $1.32, or 1.4% percent, to $93.15 in after-hours trading.
