A sad day in history because of his murder...

...but we honor his courageous life, and his inspiring work. It's simply heart wrenching that his pale, pandering 'successors' pervert his promising dream.

Marchers prepare to honor the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. on 40th anniversary of assassination.
King advised his followers to keep working for equal rights for all citizens, "to keep on moving," no matter what obstacles they faced, said writer Cynthia Griggs Fleming said in a talk Thursday at a Memphis church.

"Don't be so consumed by the pain that you don't hear the message," she said.
