I found that at Ricochet. I also found a good video by Bill Whittle on this subject about 'Neutral Platform vs Monopoly Publisher.' I disagree with Whittle's 3 reasons for the break-up of BIG TECH. I've explained why the Feds already have tools under Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act (CDA) to reign in BIG TECH. No trust busting or monopoly break-ups required.
