Old Newspapers: Remember the 80’s?

These clips are taken from the Kansas City Star and Kansas City Times published in January 1981 and in January 1986. (I happened to have been employed during those years at the KC Star. - LB1901)

KCMeesha did the heavy lifting at Johnson County Central Resource Library culling through their 'amazing' microfilm library to find these reminders, plus many more, from 35 years ago of BetaMax video, Atari games, vinyl records, xxx theater, 12% interest rates!, and of course, middle east terrorism.
