"According to the Dunnellon Police Department, officers were called Thursday to North Williams Street to investigate an armed man in an area where people were holding pro-Trump signs.

“The victims told an officer that a man, later identified as James L. Whitehurst II, had approached them during their peaceful assembly with what was described as a cane sword in hand,” a police news release said.

According to victims, Whitehurst pointed the sword toward their faces while making threats, the news release said."

...The Windham Police Department said Patrick Bradley, 34, of Windham, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

"A Florida man who was arrested last October now faces 90 days in jail after pleading no contest to battery charges from when he spat on another Florida man who was wearing a pro-Trump MAGA hat.

Matthias Ajple, 43, made the plea and was found guilty and sentenced Thursday to 90 days in the Indian River County Jail as well as to have no further contact with the victim and pay the victim $155 plus probation , according to the report from Newsweek."

"A 14-year-old girl walked up to a man dressed as President Donald Trump as he stood in line at the Collier County fairgrounds in Naples, Florida, and allegedly punched him while her friends recorded it.

According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the girl faces a misdemeanor charge of battery for the 8:40 p.m. Saturday incident.

An incident report indicates that the man and his family were in line to go into a haunted house exhibit when the girl walked over to him and punched him in the jaw.

The man said the girl laughed and ran back to her place in line with about four other juveniles."

"Police arrived at the scene around 12:50 a.m., and discovered large bruises on Lenzner’s face, prompting a manhunt for those involved with the assault. Officers were able to locate two individuals in their 20s that they say were involved with the Saturday morning violence Portland Police told The Daily Caller.

A bartender who witnessed the altercation alleged that Lenzner may have instigated the attack by pointing to his MAGA hat, according to FOX 12.

Leopold Hauser, 22, and Adebisi Okuneye, 23, were booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of third-degree assault."

"After the incident he spoke to a police officer stationed in Midtown, the college hangout area next to campus where this took place. Weldon said the officer told him it’s not the first time a student has been harassed for wearing pro-Trump gear.

The next day, Weldon posted about his experience on Facebook. He received a lot of supportive feedback, but was also questioned about filing a police report. At first he didn’t, because he was not hurt, he said.

But then he said he thought about it some more, especially the argument that while he was a “big guy” and could handle the situation, what if the next person couldn’t?

With that, Weldon (pictured) filed a police report with the Gainesville Police Department on Sunday. He provided photos of the perpetrators and encouraged officers to obtain footage of the incident from Pita Pit cameras and trace their identities through their purchases, he said."

 IMHO, these frequent assaults by clothing fascists against Trump supporters is directly attributable to the 'educated into imbecility' academics who incite this violence by publicly declaring "as a black man living in the increasingly polarized political climate that is America, MAGA is an undeniable symbol of white supremacy and hatred toward certain nonwhite groups."

How sad for you that an 'undeniable' piece of embroidered clothing can so easily expose your own prejudice and ignorance. Perhaps this professor should have a beer summit with the country’s first Black billionaire, BET founder and longtime Democrat Robert Johnson, who praises Trump, and declares the Democratic Party 'moved too far to the left.'

"According to Montgomery County Police, Crawford and Roberson approached the victim, who was wearing a MAGA hat, and asked why he had it on. Before walking away, the victim told the suspects that he was entitled to his own views.

Authorities say the pair then repeatedly struck the victim, demanding that he take off the hat. When the man fell to the ground, Crawford and Roberson stole and destroyed his belongings."

One twitter report said the victim is a legal immigrant from Togo, but I can't confirm that fact.

Another Teen Wearing MAGA Hat Accosted by Adult

The adult is a Missouri Western college student. The teen wearing the MAGA hat was a high school student visiting the campus to help decorate for a prom his school was holding there that weekend.

From Chloe Rhein at MWSU Griffon News: "The incident began on the first floor of the Blum Student Union at approximately 4:30 p.m. Friday. Missouri Western student Dossou Nidaye noticed a person on campus wearing the red MAGA hat and asked him to take it off, according to a video she posted with her friend Andrea Gordon explaining the situation. The disagreement moved to the second floor of Blum, where Missouri Western police officers got involved, trying to defuse the situation.
